Evaluation Process

The evaluation process is a very important part of your career development. You will receive two evaluations per year—one in-depth review during the summer and a shorter “check-in” review in the first quarter of the year. The reviews are based on the competencies outlined in the Career Framework. This gives you an opportunity to receive feedback on your work performance and set goals for the coming year.  

Since day one, I have been able to work on complex, top-flight matters. Thanks to the supportive community of talented lawyers and staff here, no challenge is too great.
