Our goal is to have every associate work 2,000 hours, which includes client-billable time, pro bono, Firm-chargeable hours and a number of committee activities. White & Case is explicit about these numbers because we make every effort to help manage client needs and your billable hours. And then there's the money. You receive top compensation for top work, and that's the case for both Summer Associates and full-time Associates. We like to think we give you a rewarding career across the board.
