The Firm has achieved the following recent rankings:
The American Lawyer's 2011 Diversity Scorecard:
- 2nd most diverse firm in the US out of a survey of about 200 of the largest and highest-grossing law firms
- 2nd in the Minority Percentage of All US Partners
- 4th in the Minority Percentage of All US Lawyers
- 5th in the Total Number of Hispanic Lawyers
General Mills Champions of Diversity Award:
- White & Case has been honored with the General Mills Champions of Diversity Award in recognition of the Firm's outstanding performance in advancing diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. In presenting the award, Roderick A. Palmore, Executive Vice President, of General Mills noted: "We are delighted to recognize White & Case's work and its shared commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in principle and in practice." He added, "We also know it is difficult to retain diverse talent without an atmosphere of inclusion. White & Case has demonstrated excellence in these areas, and we hope the firm will widely share its best practices."
The Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index:
- 100% rating on commitment to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) workplace issues
- This rating in the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index annual survey identifies the Firm as one of the best places to work for LGBT individuals.
