Your success is why evaluations are so important at White & Case. Our 360° approach means feedback comes from and goes in all directions: You provide feedback on Senior Associates and Partners, and in turn, you will receive their feedback—genuine, detailed, constructive feedback. You receive two evaluations per year—one in-depth review during the summer and a shorter "check-in" review at the start of the new year to see how you are doing in working to achieve your development goals. In conjunction with the summer review, Associates prepare their own development plan, which they discuss with their reviewing partners and professional development managers to outline a clear set of goals each year.
The thinking behind all this is that we strive to hire the brightest, most qualified Associates available, and our Partners are the best to learn from, so who better than they to guide you in your career.
